Steven Winn - President

Steve brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction. As president of Blackstone, Steve's leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of the industry, allowing him to consistently deliver high-quality results that meet the unique needs of each client. Under his leadership, Blackstone has earned a reputation for quality, reliability and excellence in the construction industry.

Tristan Winn - Secretary

Tristan has a wealth of experience in the construction office environment. She is well versed in the day-to-day office operations, allowing for proper management of multiple projects at once. Tristan's keen eye for detail helps serve and strengthen the effectiveness of our accounting functions and accuracy of budgets.

Linda Meaney - Treasurer

Over the last 45 years Linda has held various positions in the day-to-day officer operation of several facets of the construction industry. She is versed in daily procedural components that are crucial to smooth operation and coordination with clients and staff.

Valentin Mendez - Senior Project Manager

Valentin serves as Blackstone’s Senior Project Manager, leading the planning and execution of projects from initial bid through completion. With a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, he ensures seamless coordination across all phases of construction while maintaining strict adherence to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Cody Winn - Estimator / Project Manager

Cody has a strong attention to detail, which allows him to work on project takeoffs. His expertise in reading plans and technical specifications strengthens bid accuracy and supports the team's overall preconstruction efforts and project planning.

Cade Winn - Assitant Project Manager

As Assistant Project Manager, Cade plays a key role in supporting project execution from preconstruction through close-out. He works closely with the team to maintain organization, facilitate communication, and uphold project timelines and standards.

Melissa Contreras - Labor Compliance Officer

Melissa is well versed in all facets of labor compliance, ranging from state and federal DIR prevailing wage compliance to state apprenticeship requirements. Melissa's keen attention to detail ensures adherence to all regulatory and labor law standards for prevailing wage and public works projects. Her expertise doesn't just meet requirements, it sets the bar.

Ryan Simmons - Superintendent

With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Ryan has been a great addition to the Blackstone team. Ryan brings extensive hands-on knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential construction. His sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills ensures our projects run efficiently and are completed to the highest standards.

Mitchell Jaggers - Superintendent

With multiple years of construction experience, Mitchell has been a great addition to the Blackstone team. His attentiveness to detail and time management ensures that our projects run smoothly from the initial construction phase through completion.

Michael Vanderlaan - Project Supervisor

Michael's technical expertise and experience make him a key player as a construction project supervisor. His ability to effectively read blueprints and interpret technical documents ensures that projects are executed with precision.

Juan Castrejon - Foreman

Juan's attention to detail has allowed him to master his craft in construction. Juan has a high level of focus on continual quality that ensures on-site cleanliness and orderliness. His experience allows him to work well within the Blackstone team.

Ricardo Sanchez - Foreman
